1. Click Rosters.
2. Click the green + icon.
3. Click Import from Google.
You will be prompted to log in with your Google account.
4. LOCK THE ROSTER after all students have been added. This will prevent students from joining your roster the Basic way.
5. If new students are added to Google Classroom and need to be imported into Classkick, click the double arrow icon.
PLEASE NOTE: If students' Portfolio accounts were created with Google Classroom, students should LOG IN WITH GOOGLE so that the Classkick account can be activated. Otherwise, teachers will be unable to add these students to additional rosters.
PLEASE NOTE: Your Classkick email account and your Google Classroom email account must match to import students from Google Classroom.
2) Manually Create and Add Individual Student Accounts
1. Click Rosters.
2. Click the green + icon.
3. Click New Roster.
4. Click + Add Students.
5. Click Portfolio.
6. Click CREATE NEW PORTFOLIO STUDENTS.
7. Click Add Manually.
8. In the Student Account Information boxes, type the student's information.
PLEASE NOTE: If students will be logging in with Google, they will NOT need to use the Classkick password generated. While a Classkick password does need to be added, students who log in with Google or Clever can do so without using the Classkick password.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are part of a Classkick Pro School, please check your school's shared user list so that you avoid making duplicate accounts for your students. For more information, please see: Add Existing Portfolio (Paid) Student Accounts to a Roster.
PLEASE NOTE: Each individual user in Classkick must have a unique username or email address. We recommend using email addresses if your students have them. If your student's username is a student ID number, name, or initials, it is likely that this username already belongs to another student. Make sure that your student's username is unique by using a combination of student ID and name or initials.
