1) Teacher is Not Part of the Correct Organization
Ask the teacher to log in and confirm they joined the correct organization.
Teachers can join by:
Entering the Pro Invite Code, or
Joining manually through the Organization tab.
NOTE: Teachers can belong to multiple school organizations (for example, instructional coaches who work across multiple schools).
If the teacher is NOT part of the correct organization, they will need to join the correct one.
There are two ways to join the organization: Pro Invite Code and Join Manually:
1. Pro Invite Code:
Using a Pro Invite Code ensures teachers join the correct organization.
To join with a Pro Invite Code,
1. The Pro Admin generates a Pro Invite Code.
2. Teachers go to Hello, Teacher Name! > Profile > Plan.
3. Teacher inputs the Pro Invite Code in the Invite Code box.
2. Manually Join the Organization:
1. Teacher goes to Hello, Teacher Name! > Profile > Organization.
2. Click JOIN ORGANIZATION.
3. Search for and select the correct organization.
NOTE: The Pro admin should confirm that the organization name is exactly the same in their own account.
Even small differences (such as capitalization or spelling) may cause verification errors.

2) Pro Admin is Not Verified
If the Pro admin is not verified, they will not be able to verify teachers.
To check if the admin is verified:
1. Go to Manage Users.
2. Search for your name.
3. Confirm that the Verified column shows Yes for your account.
If You are Not Verified: Please Submit a Support Request to request verification.
If you have multiple admins, another admin can also verify you.
If you are still unable to verify teachers, please Submit a Support Request with:
The teacher email addresses
The issue you are experiencing
