The Highlighter Tool allows you to highlight text or draw attention to important information on a slide.
Students use the Highlighter Tool to:
Highlight important text
Show evidence in reading passages
Mark key ideas or answers
1) Use the Highlighter Tool
To use the Highlighter tool,
1. Click the Highlighter Mode icon.
2. Click and drag across the slide to highlight.
2) Change Highlighter Color
Click the color icon to choose a different highlight color.
With the Highlighter tool selected,
1. Click the Color icon.
2. Choose a preset color.
Create a Custom Color:
1. Click + under Custom Colors.
2. Select a color or enter an RGB value.
3. Click to apply.
Changes apply immediately.
3) Adjust Highlighter Width
You can change how thick the highlight appears.
1. With the highlighter tool selected, click on the Highlighter Width icon.
Use the Width slider, or
Enter a number in the Pixel (px) box.
