Classkick now allows co-teaching! This is great for team teachers, aides, intervention teachers, etc!
INVITING A CO-TEACHER
To do this,
1. Open a Classkick roster.
2. Click on the Co-Teachers tab.
3. Tap + INVITE CO-TEACHER.
4. Enter your co-teacher's email address and click SEND.
That's it! You can see in the table when your co-teacher(s) have last accessed this roster.
PLEASE NOTE: You can invite as many co-teachers as you'd like! Only Pro accounts can invite a co-teacher, but anyone with a Teacher account, whether they have a Basic or Pro plan, can be added as a co-teacher!
CO-TEACHING A CLASS
To co-teach in Classkick, simply open a co-taught Classkick roster marked with the icon.
A Co-teacher CAN:
- Make assignment edits
- Leave feedback/stickers
- Chat with students
- See a student's Student Overview
A Co-teacher CANNOT:
- Add additional co-teachers
- Switch to other rosters assigned to an assignment
- Share the assignment
- Assign an assignment
All co-teachers' actions (feedback to students, assignment edits, etc) will appear as if done by the owner of the class, and you'll be collaborating in that class!
If you're the owner of the class, your actions will appear as your own.
REMOVING A CO-TEACHER
The owner of a co-taught Classkick roster can remove a co-teacher at any time.
To do this,
1. Open the co-taught Classkick roster.
2. Click on the Co-Teachers tab.
3. Click on the X for the co-teacher you'd like to remove.
