The Text Box tool allows you to add typed text anywhere on a slide.
The Text Box tool can be used to:
- Add directions or prompts.
- Provide written feedback.
- Insert questions directly on a slide.
1) Add a Text Box
1. Click the Add Textbox (T) icon in the toolbar.
2. Click anywhere on the slide to place the text box.
3. Begin typing.
NOTES:
- Click inside an existing text box to edit it.
- You can drag the text box to reposition it.
- Click and drag the corner to resize it.
2) Format Text
After selecting a text box, you can customize:
Text Color
Background Color
Font Family
Border Color
Text Size (Make Smaller / Make Bigger)
Simply click the text box, then choose the formatting option from the toolbar.
NOTES: Formatting options appear only when a text box is selected.
3) Change the Font
1. Click inside the text box.
2. Select the Font Family dropdown (Aa icon).
3. Choose your preferred font.
Changes apply immediately.
NOTE: Classkick does not currently support bolding individual words or phrases within a text box. Selecting a bold font will apply bold formatting to all text in the text box.
4) Delete a Text Box
To delete a text box:
1. Click on the text box to select it OR hover over the text box.
2. Click the red trash can icon.
