If audio recording is not working, make sure your browser has microphone access enabled.
Microphones cannot be used in multiple applications at the same time (for example, Zoom, Google Meet, and Classkick simultaneously).
4) Troubleshooting
My microphone isn’t working.
Check your browser permissions for microphone access.
Refresh the page.
Close other apps using the microphone (Zoom, Meet, etc.).
Try another browser (ie Safari).
If issues persist, Submit a Support Request.
My audio file won’t upload.
Confirm the file is in .mp3 format.
If the file is large, try shortening it and re-uploading.

Audio files cannot be resized. You can move them anywhere on the slide or delete them using the trash icon.
