Students can log in to Classkick in two ways depending on how their teacher set up the class:
- Portfolio students (students with accounts)
- Basic students (students who enter the class code each time)
If you are unsure which one you are, ask your teacher.
1) Log in as a Portfolio Student
Portfolio students log in using Google, Clever, or an email/username and password.
Do not type your name into the Class Code box.
NOTE: Not sure what your login information is? Please reach out to your teacher for support.
To Log in as a Portfolio Student
1. Go to app.classkick.com.
2. Click LOG IN.
You will be taken to the login page.
3. Choose one of the following login options:
- CONTINUE WITH GOOGLE
- CONTINUE WITH CLEVER
- Enter your email/username and password
4. Click LOG IN.
Once logged in, your list of all assignments will appear on your Assignment Dashboard.
You can use the class code and log in with a Portfolio account if you need to directly access the assignment as soon as you log in.
To Log in as a Portfolio Student Using a Class Code
Some teachers will ask you to enter a Class Code before logging in.
Logging into a Portfolio account with the class code will take you to the assignment directly, instead of the Assignment Dashboard.
1. Go to app.classkick.com.
2. In the Class Code box, type in your class code.
3. Click LOG IN (DO NOT type your name).
4. Choose one of the following login options:
- CONTINUE WITH GOOGLE
- CONTINUE WITH CLEVER
- Enter your email/username and password
2) Log in as a Basic Student
Basic students do not create an account. Instead, they enter a Class Code and their name each time they access an assignment.
Basic students will never see the Assignment Dashboard and can only see one assignment at a time.
To Log in as a Basic Student
1. Go to app.classkick.com.
2. Enter the Class Code your teacher provided.
2. Type your name in the Name box.
3. Click GO.
IMPORTANT:
When logging in as a Basic student, type your name the same way every time.
For example:
- ✔ Frank S.
- ❌ Frank
- ❌ Frank S
Typing your name differently will create a new student entry. This means when you access the assignment, it will be blank.
