1. How do I enable the microphone or camera?

2. I am having Google Login issues. What should I do?
1. Reset your Google Accounts:
- Completely sign out of google.
- Try to sign back in, but instead of signing in, click
Remove the account
- Click the minus sign with the circle beside the account.
- If successfully removed, you will get the Sign in prompt again.
2. Clear the history/cache on your Chrome browser.
3. Log in using incognito mode.
4. Uninstall and re-install Chrome browser.
5. Update your iOS software and Classkick app version if on an iPad. Uninstall and reinstall the app if needed.
6. Ensure that cookies are NOT BLOCKED.
7. Ensure that apis.google.com, *.apis.google.com/, and accounts.google.com are allowlisted in your network.
8. Allow access to third party apps, and ensure that to Classkick is on this list.
9. Check this TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE for a list of sites that should be whitelisted so that Classkick is not blocked.
10. Type chrome://extensions/ in your URL. Turn off extensions/plugins
11. Ensure that you are in an active Google session already:
- Click https://accounts.google.com.
- If you are logged in with Google, you should be redirected to https://myaccount.google.com page with you user information. If not, log into Google first and then try logging back into Classkick.
3. Classkick won't work on my iPad. What should I do?
1. Check that you have the latest iOS software running:
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Tap General.
- Tap Software Update.
2. Check that you have the latest Classkick app version at the bottom of the login screen.
3. Update Classkick app.
4. Uninstall and re-install Classkick app.
5. Restart iPad.
If your iPad app is still not working after trying these suggestions, please reach out to support@classkick.com and provide the following details:
- iPad iOS software version number.
- Classkick app version number.
- Specific information on what is causing the crash: assignments, slides, time of day, performing certain features such as providing feedback, etc.
- Any screenshots and/or videos that will allow us to see what is happening.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our team recommends using the Classkick APP on iPad and NOT using Classkick on a browser on iPad.
4. I am trying to log into Classkick, but it says I am logged into another device.
It sounds like your teacher has the Single Device Login feature turned on. If you get this error, you may have exited Classkick without properly logging out (ex. you closed the window or tab).
1. Reach out to your teacher to ask them to turn this feature off for the time being.
2. Click Sign Out when you leave Classkick.
