Lasso Tool

The Lasso Tool lets you select and move pen strokes and highlighter marks you've added to a slide.

Use the Lasso Tool to:

  • Select pen strokes or highlighter marks
  • Move multiple pen strokes or highlighter marks
  • Rotate/Resize pen or highlighter marks

1) Select Work with the Lasso Tool

To use the Lasso Tool:

  1. Click the Lasso Tool in the toolbar.
  2. Drag to draw a dotted outline around the pen strokes or highlighter marks you want to select.
  3. Release the mouse button to complete the selection.

Any pen strokes or highlighter marks you created that are fully or partially inside the outline will be selected.

2) Move Selected Work

To move selected pen strokes or highlighter marks:

  1. Select the pen strokes or highlighter marks with the Lasso Tool.
  2. Click and drag the selection to a new location.
  3. Release the mouse button to place it in the new location.

3) Resize, Rotate, or Delete Selected Work

To edit selected work:

  1. Select the work with the Lasso Tool.
  2. Drag a corner handle to resize the selection.
  3. Drag the rotation handle to rotate the selection.
  4. Click the red trash can button to delete the selected work.

Your changes are saved automatically.

Notes:

  • The Lasso Tool only works with pen strokes and highlighter marks.
  • You can only select pen strokes and highlighter marks you created.
  • Pen strokes and highlighter marks are selected even if only part of them is inside the lasso outline.
  • The Lasso Tool is available to all Classkick users.
