Teachers can create folders and subfolders to organize assignments in their dashboard and quickly navigate by subject, unit, or topic.
Folders help you:
Keep assignments organized by subject or unit
Share multiple assignments at once
Reduce dashboard clutter
1) Create a Folder
To create a folder:
1. Go to your Assignments page.
2. Click + Create New.
3. Select Create Folder.
4. Name your folder and click Done.
NOTE:
- Folders are available to Pro and Basic teachers

2) Create Subfolders
You can create folders inside other folders to further organize your assignments.
To create a subfolder:
1. Open the folder where you want the subfolder to live.
2. Click + Create New.
3. Select Create Folder.
4. Name the subfolder and click Save.

Viewing Your Folder Path
At the top of the page, you’ll see a breadcrumb trail showing your current location.
Example:
All Assignments > 1. Math > Chapter 1
Each name represents a folder or subfolder.
Click any folder name in the trail to quickly navigate back.
The right-most name shows the folder you are currently viewing.
3) Share an Entire Folder
You can share an entire folder with another teacher.
This allows you to share all assignments inside the folder at once.
To share a folder:
1. Click the arrow (share icon) to the right of the folder.
2. Choose one of the following options:
Share with your colleagues
COPY SHARE LINK
You can:
Send via email (select or type your colleague's email address)
Copy the share link
