For security purposes, all teachers who join your school must be verified by an administrator before they can access sensitive student data, such as student names and email addresses.
NOTE: Teachers cannot see student data until their account has been verified.
Once verified, teachers will gain access to the school’s roster list and assignment library.
If you are the Pro admin on your school’s Classkick account, you will see the Manage Users tab.
1) How to Verify a Teacher
1. Click Manage Users.
2. Select the correct school from the school drop-down menu.
3. Use the Search bar to find the teacher.
4. Select the teacher(s) to verify.
5. In the Action drop-down menu, click Verify membership.
2) Unable to Verify a Teacher:
If you are unable to verify a teacher, check the following:
1. Is the Teacher in the Correct Organization?
Ask the teacher to log in and confirm they joined the correct organization.
Teachers can join by:
Entering the Pro Invite Code, or
Joining manually through the Organization tab.
NOTE: Teachers can belong to multiple school organizations (for example, instructional coaches who work across multiple schools).
2. Are You Verified as the Pro Admin?
Only verified Pro admins can verify teachers.
To check:
1. Go to Manage Users.
2. Search for your name.
3. Confirm that the Verified column shows Yes for your account.
You can also use the Filter by Role option to view admins.
If You are Not Verified: Please Submit a Support Request to request verification.
If your organization has multiple admins, another admin can add you as an admin.
If you are still unable to verify teachers, please Submit a Support Request with:
The teacher email addresses
The issue you are experiencing
