You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time.
When you cancel:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Your card will not be charged after your current billing period ends.
Your assignments and student work will remain in your account.

1) Cancel Pro Teacher Plan
1. Click Hello, (Your Name)! in the top-left corner.
2. Select Profile > Plan.
3. Click CANCEL PRO.
4. Confirm your cancellation.
NOTES:
Your Pro access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
You can view your subscription end date under Profile > Plan.

Can I pause or suspend my subscription?
At this time, subscriptions cannot be paused.
If you do not need Pro access temporarily, you can cancel your subscription and repurchase when you are ready.
NOTE: If you have been grandfathered into the legacy pricing, cancelling will remove this pricing from your account.
What Happens After I Cancel?

After your billing period ends:
Your account will return to Basic.
Your assignments and student work will remain saved.
If your account exceeds Basic limits, you may be unable to create new assignments or access all assignments, but none of your existing work will be deleted.
If you upgrade again in the future, all Pro features will be restored.
Does canceling remove access immediately?
No. Access remains active until the end of your billing period.
Will I lose my assignments or student data?
No. All assignments and student work remain in your account.
Can I upgrade again later?
Yes. You can repurchase Pro at any time under Profile > Plan.
Why do I still see Pro after canceling?
Your Pro access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
