View Work mode shows a real-time view of student work across your class.
A black box appears around the slide a student is actively working on.
You can open View Work at any time, whether students are actively working or not.

1) Open View Work (Web)
1. Click on an assignment.
2. Click View Work.
2) Open View Work (iOS)
1. Tap an assignment.
2. In the Roster drop down menu, tap the roster you wish to view.
In View Work, you can sort students by:
- First name
- Last name
- Grade received (high → low or low → high)
To sort students:
1. Click on an assignment.
2. Click View Work.
3. Click the Students A-Z drop down menu.
4. Click the sorting method you would like to use.
4) View Student Activity
In View Work, teachers can see when a student was last active.
1. On web, click an assignment.
2. Click View Work.
3. Click a student's name.
View Work mode shows when students were last online, along with additional details such as their name and what type of account they have (Basic or Portfolio).
NOTE: It is not currently possible to see when a student last edited an assignment.
5) View Work for One Student
The Student Overview dashboard displays the student’s statistics for each assignment they’ve been assigned, including how many slides they have viewed, their points, and any raised hand notifications. You can order the assignments by each of these categories.
To view all work for one student,
1. Click Rosters then click the roster you wish to view.
2. Click a student’s name.
3. The Student Overview dashboard opens.
4. Click the assignment name or type the name of the assignment in the Search bar to view a specific assignment.
