1) How do I raise my hand in Classkick?
Click the Classkick hand icon at the top of your assignment, then select Please Help or Please Check.

2) Can I chat with my teacher?
Yes! Click the Classkick hand icon and select Chat with Teacher to send a message.

3) Will I get notified when my teacher leaves feedback?
Yes! You will see a notification when your teacher gives feedback.
A green check or dot will appear on the Assignment Dashboard for Portfolio students
You may also see a notification bell within the assignment

4) Can I see my grades in Classkick?
Yes, if your teacher has turned this feature on.
- If your teacher has this off, you cannot see your grades.

5) Why can’t I click anything on my assignment?
Make sure you have the Select Tool selected.
• If the Pen or Highlighter is selected, you won’t be able to click
• Switch to the Select Tool to interact with items
6) How do I submit or save my work?
You do not need to submit your work.
Your work saves automatically as you complete your assignment.
7) Can my teacher see my work while I’m working?
Yes, your teacher can see your work in real-time! Your teacher can see what slide you are on and see your edits as you make them.
You can ask for help right when you need it!
8) Can I edit my work after I'm finished?
You can continue to edit your work until your teacher locks your assignment.
9) Can I work on my assignment later?
Yes!
If you have a Portfolio account: Log into your account and access your assignments at any time.
If you have a Basic account: Be sure to log in using the class code and the same username to access the same assignment.

10) Can I use Classkick on my phone?
For the best experience, we recommend using Classkick on a computer with the Chrome browser or the Classkick app on iPad.
11) How do I reset my password?
If you know your password and you are logged in:
1. Click Hello, (your name)! in the top-left corner.
2. Click Profile.
3. Type in your Current Password and your New Password.
4. Click CHANGE PASSWORD.
If you do NOT know your password:
Reach out to your teacher for help in resetting your password.
12) What if I accidentally delete my work?
If you have NOT left the slide, you can use the undo tool to bring your work back.
If you leave the slide, your deleted work cannot be recovered.
TIP: Use the Undo tool right away if you delete something by mistake.
13) Can I erase or undo something I drew or typed?
Yes!
• Use the Eraser Tool to remove pen or highlighter marks
• Use the Undo tool to reverse your most recent change
14) Can I change my name in my account?
You can update your name under Profile.
If your name is grayed out, please reach out to your teacher for help.
