If you have accidentally deleted an assignment and would like it recovered, please email support@classkick.com with the name of the assignment(s) you need recovered.
If you cannot remember the exact name, please be as detailed as you possibly can with whatever words/phrases you do recall.
PLEASE NOTE:
- We CANNOT recover individual questions or slides.
- If you have deleted an entire folder, please list the names of the assignments within the folder.
- Unfortunately, if you've deleted rosters and/or student work, there is no way to recover this due to privacy laws. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- If you have deleted a student off of a roster, you may be able to retrieve that student work back again by re-adding the student onto the roster.
- Please allow 1 week for our team to recover deleted assignments.
