Update student information or reset passwords directly from your account.
This is helpful if a student:
- Forgot their password
- Needs their name or email updated
- Is having trouble logging in
How to Edit a Student Account
1. Go to Rosters & Co-Teachers.
2. Select the correct roster.
3. Open the Students tab
4. Click the pencil icon next to the student's name.
Update any of the following:
- First name
- Last name
- Email or username
Click RESET PASSWORD to generate a new password for the student.
NOTES:
- If the email address is grayed out, the student logs in using Google. To update the email address, please Submit a Support Request
- Teachers cannot delete student accounts. If you need to delete a student account, please Submit a Support Request
