Student Preview Mode allows teachers to view an assignment exactly as students will see it.
This is helpful for testing assignments, checking instructions, or demonstrating the assignment to students.
1) Open Student Preview Mode
The first way to open Student Preview Mode:
1. Click the assignment.
2. Under Edit, click any slide of the assignment.
3. Click Student Preview.
A new window will open showing the assignment from the student’s perspective.
The second way to open Student Preview Mode:
1. Click the assignment.
2. Click the Student Preview tab.
2) Use Student Preview
In Student Preview Mode, you can:
Navigate through the slides
Test answer boxes and tools
Experience the assignment from a student’s perspective
Display the assignment as you walk through it with students
This allows teachers to confirm that the assignment works as expected before assigning it.
NOTE:
Changes made in Student Preview Mode are not saved.
Any writing, drawings, or answers entered are temporary.
