Classkick can be used as a powerful interactive whiteboard, allowing you to model, monitor, and respond to student work in real time.
Use the strategies below to create more interactive, whole-class experiences.
1) Give real-time feedback while students work
Open View Work to see student responses live and provide immediate feedback.
- Highlight misconceptions as they happen
- Support students without interrupting the whole class
- Guide individual instruction

2) Work alongside your students
Join your own class using the Class Code to experience the assignment as a student (you can use a “fake” student account).
- Model how to complete tasks
- Demonstrate expectations step-by-step
- Show examples in real time
You can also have students collaborate on the same assignment using a workaround. You can log in to collaborate/give feedback alongside them.

3) Make live updates to assignments
Use Edit Assignment to make changes while students are working. Your students will see these changes in real-time.
- Add last-minute instructions or examples on the fly
- Adjust questions based on student understanding
- Clarify directions in real time
NOTE: Edits to the primary copy will update for all assigned rosters.
4) Model student work
Show students what strong work looks like by modeling directly in the assignment.
You can:
- Duplicate the assignment and use it as a demo version
- Create a teacher example using a "fake student" account for yourself
- Use student preview mode account to model the assignment
-
NOTE: Edits made under Student Preview Mode will NOT save.
- If you want to save your examples/modeling, please use a student account instead.

5) Structure slides for whole-class interaction
Design slides to support both teaching and student work.
For example:
- Use the top of the slide for modeling or instructions
- Use the bottom of the slide for student responses
