Your Classkick email address must also match your email address for Google Classroom.
My student is on the Google Classroom roster, but their account was not added to my roster. Why not?
Check to make sure the student has a student account in Classkick. If a student accidentally has a teacher account, they will not be added to the roster.
If this is the case, your student can delete the account or you can Submit a support request and our team can help.
