1) What device/browser is Classkick compatible with?
We officially support:
- Google Chrome on web-based devices (Chromebooks, laptops, and desktop computers)
- The Classkick iOS app on iPads
We do not recommend using Safari, as it may cause unexpected behavior.
NOTE: While Classkick may work on phones or tablets through a browser, the experience may be limited or inconsistent.
2) What language is Classkick available in? Do you have other languages?
Classkick on iOS currently supports the following languages:
- Arabic
- Chinese (Hong Kong)
- French
- French (Canadian)
- German
- Japanese
- Korean
- Spanish
- Spanish (United States).
To change the language in Classkick, update your iPad’s system language.
At this time, language localization is only available in the iOS app.
Teachers and students using Classkick on the web can still type and interact in any language using tools like the text box and pen tool.

3) Do students need an email address to use Classkick?
No, students don't need an email address to use Classkick.
- Basic Accounts: Students log in with a class code and username
- Portfolio Accounts: Students log in with Google SSO, Clever SSO, or a username/password combination.
Usernames can be created by the teacher or be the student’s email.
4) What’s the difference between Basic and Portfolio students?
Basic students
- Join using a class code and username
• Portfolio students (Pro feature)
- Log in to access all assignments in one place
- Can use Google SSO, Clever SSO, or a username/password combination.

5) Why can’t my student log in with Google or Clever?
Google or Clever login will only work if the student already has a Classkick account.
Try the following:
- Make sure the account has been created first
- Have the student log in using the correct method
- Double-check they are using the correct Google/Clever account
If the student receives the error message:
“Sorry, something went wrong. (Failed to authenticate with Classkick)”, please submit a support request

NOTE: Logging in with Google or Clever is a Classkick Pro Feature.
6) Does Classkick work with Google Classroom?
Yes! Classkick integrates with Google Classroom.
- Import your roster
- Sync students

7) Can students see each other’s work in Classkick?
No. Students can only see:
- Their own work
- Feedback from their teacher
Peer visibility is only available if Peer Helpers is enabled by the teacher.
8) Can I change the layout of the page?
No. The assignment layout is fixed and uses a vertical canvas.
9) Can I see all the work for just one student?
Yes! Pro teachers can view all work for Portfolio students using the Student Overview feature.
10) How can I share product feedback?
We love hearing from our teachers!

11) Does Classkick work offline?
No. Classkick requires an internet connection.

Yes! Pro Classkick integrates with both Clever and Google.
