1) What device/browser is Classkick compatible with?
We officially support Classkick being used in the Google Chrome browser on web-based platforms and in the official Classkick iOS app on iPads. Safari browser is NOT recommended.
While students may be able to use a Google Chrome browser on their phones and/or iPads, this may result in glitchy behavior.
Classkick can be used on iPads, computers, laptops, and Chromebooks.
2) What language is Classkick available in? Do you have other languages?
At this time, Classkick is only available in English. However, we have seen many teachers use Classkick in multiple languages with their students. The text box and features can work for any language.
3) Can I change the layout of the page?
At this time, this is not possible.
4) Can I hide or lock an assignment for certain students?
At this time, this is not possible.
However, you can "cover" the slides for students you do not wish to access the assignment. Please see this help center article for more information on how to Cover Slides for Individual Students.
5) Can I see all the work for just one student?
Yes! This is a new feature available for Pro Teachers! Teachers can see all the work for Portfolio students. Please see this help center article for more information on Student Overview.
6) Can students have multiple teachers in Classkick, but have one account?
Yes! A teacher can create a student's account and other teachers may add the student to their own roster. We recommend using a student's email address to prevent accidentally creating multiple accounts for a student (ie using different usernames).
Please see this help center article if you have any trouble adding a student to your roster.
7) I accidentally made the wrong account type! How do I change it to the correct account?
If you accidentally created the wrong account type (either you created a student account, but need a Teacher account OR a student created a Teacher account), you will need to first delete that account, and then create a new account here where you can click on the correct account type.
8) Product Feedback?
As a team of mostly former teachers, we are always trying to improve our product for our amazing current teachers! Please check out our Classkick Features board where you can submit ideas for future features and vote on ideas that have been added already!
